This section walks you through how to Add, Delete and Edit an entry on your google calendar through your desktop/laptop. Click the Google Calendar logo below for quick access to your google calendar.

Add

When looking at your calendar, in the top left you should see the icon.

Once selected a pop up menu will appear prompting you to input information for the 'Event'

Title it with your Initials followed by one of the following:

Unavailable - this means we wont contact or double book you that day.

Flexible - this means you are busy but if a good casting opportunity comes along you'll be able to reschedule

Then input the time frame you're unavailable and hit. submit.

It's as easy as that!
Delete

When looking at your calendar, in order to delete your Event you need to go to the date it starts.

You can do this by using the arrow icons found across the top, next to the Google Calendar logo on the left.

Use the arrows to go through the weeks until you find the date the event starts.

Once the event has been found, click on the coloured block and a pop up menu with the Events details will appear.

Simply click the icon and the Event will bed deleted.
Edit

When looking at your calendar, in order to delete your Event you need to go to the date it starts.

You can do this by using the arrow icons found across the top, next to the Google Calendar logo on the left.

Use the arrows to go through the weeks until you find the date the event starts.

Once the event has been found, click on the coloured block and a pop up menu with the Events details will appear.

Click the icon and the whole event will open up in a new page, giving you the ability to make edits.

Once satisfied with the edit, click across the top on the right and the edit will be saved.
