Connect

In order to allow us access to your calendar, you will of course need to access the google account you wish to use. This stage is only available on a desktop/laptop and you will not be able to do this on your phone.  Please follow the short tutorial and written instructions below to quickly and easily connect your calendar. 

  1. From the google homepage (or top of any google search, in the top right hand corner select the       icon which will present a small drop down menu.

  2. Select the option 'Calendar'. 

  3. Once your calendar has opened, go to the menu on the left hand side and select the     icon next to your name to produce two options and a selection of colours. 

  4. Select 'Settings and Sharing'

  5. Once selected, calendar settings will open up, scroll down until you see the section titled 'Share with specific people'. 

  6. Then select                    

  7. Once selected, a pop up menu will appear prompting you to add an email or name. You need to add the following email address: victoriousmgmt2@gmail.com

  8. Once inserted press enter or click 'Send' 

  9. Once that's done, please inform us you've gotten to this stage and will log in and accept your invitation allowing us access. 

  10. Thats you done! Now just keep it as up to date as possible to avoid any clashes.  Need help inputting calendar entries? Then please look at our next step: Add, Delete, Edit
