When it comes to signing documents, doing it electronically is always your best option, unless you have been asked specifically to sign a physical copy. It's the quickest, neatest and once you know what you're doing the easiest. When signing on your mobile or tablet we suggest a free app called Adobe Fill and Sign. The tutorial is done on any iPhone but tou can download it for any device and it will opperate more or less the same.

Source the email which contains the document that needs to be signed. open up the attachment and select the share icon found in the top right
It should now give you options for where you'd like to share the file to. Find Adobe Fill and Sign and select it.
Now the document will open up with the app.
You can use your fingers to zoom in and out of the document as you would a photo to view the PDFs text and fields easier.
When you're ready to fill in a field, tap on the screen where you wish to start writing and a text box will appear.
Fill in the correct text for the corresponding field. You can use the smaller icon to make the text smaller and the larger icon to make the text larger.
If you need to input a tick to check off something on the form, then whilst in the text box. select the icon which will present options which you can select from:
If you want to delete a field/text box, whilst the text box is selected, you just need to push the icon and it will be deleted.
Once all sections are filled in, go to where a signature is required.
At the bottom of the screen select the icon and it will prompt you for initials and a signature. Initials are not always needed but good to have the option anyway and inputted exactly the same way as your signature will be.
Once you select create signature your phone will have to be turned to landscape and you can use your finger to sign or a stylus or even the rubber tip that can be found on the lid of some pens.
Once your signature is done you can input it in to your document and use the icon to change the size.
Once completed hit the share icon at the bottom of the screen.
